3rd Line Support

3rd line infrastructure support analyst is required to provide onsite support in the Leyton / Stratford area of East London.  You will have previous 3rd line support experience across Microsoft, application support and networking.  You will be focussed on supporting onsite and remote users and the role will involve support Microsoft Exchange 2010, Citrix / Virtual servers, Cisco / networking, Active Directory and SQL.  Real focus is on 3rd line technologies and a keen awareness and experience at this level is essential.  Essential that you have Comptia A+, network / server experience.  Salary is c£38,400-40,000 + benefits.  Must have a full UK driving license and own a reliable vehicle.  Due to the level of the role there is a chance you will be asked to work out of hours (evenings and weekends).  Please send CV to .
