Our growing client based in Central London are looking for an exceptional 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to work within our IT Service Desk.
They require experience of working in a busy / enterprise service desk, ideally 200 users and have carried out 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Support to head office and remote sites.

The 1st/2nd line support engineer would ideally be a good problem solver and have a skill set which comprises some of the following experience:

• Windows 7 / 8 / 10 – configuration and troubleshooting
• Mac OS (10.7 through to 10.10) – configuration and troubleshooting
• Mac and PC imaging/deployment
• Remote troubleshooting of hardware issues and operating system level problems
• Active Directory administration, in particular user adds/moves/changes according to guidelines
• Basic network , endpoint protection and comms remote troubleshooting
• Microsoft Server 2012 basic administration and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of supporting Microsoft Office 2013 and Office365 across Windows and Mac platforms
• Administration and utilisation of Helpdesk/Service Desk tools
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and stay abreast of new technologies
