Adecco are recruiting on behalf of Capita, the UK’s largest Business Process Outsourcer.

We need motivated people who can display the right behaviours to join us to deal with inbound customer calls for gas and electricity queries e.g. home moves, billing enquiries, meter readings and general enquiries.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week. The operational hours are between 8am- 10pm Mon-Fri and Saturday working between 8am-6pm on a rota basis.

Role Profile:
As a key member of our customer service team, you’ll be responsible for providing a world-class level of service to our new and existing customers.
You will be responsible for taking Inbound calls from customers. This role requires handling customer calls professionally while instilling confidence and resolving customers issues at first contact where possible. This role also involves owning and resolving issues and understanding when and how to escalate. You will be expected to provide excellent service, going above and beyond customer’s expectations on every single call, as well as complying with the regulations and procedures that govern our business and products.
