14-19 Recruitment Coordinator
Southampton
Salary: of £17,000 – £19,000
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the College’s marketing and information gathering activity to ensure that opportunities to promote are sought out as well as responded to, work with local schools, agencies and other referral sources to increase applications in line with College targets.
The role will suit someone with experience of Knowledge of quality improvement systems and tools to support these, Ability to communicate with external stakeholders and students with conviction and clarity and is Passionate about educational achievement
The successful candidate will be positive, assertive and flexible with excellent attention to detail. They will also be able to meet challenging deadlines, build good working relationships with both students and staff at all levels and work within a collaborative team environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office packages essential. You must also be educated to at least level 3, and be able to demonstrates a commanding presence which holds others’ interest and have the ability to creatively solve problems.
