Pay Per Application FAQs

The important details, without complicated subscription language.

Is it really free to post a job?
With Pay Per Application, there is no upfront posting fee. Your cost is based on the completed applications received for the vacancy.
What counts as an application?
A completed candidate application submitted through DefiniteJobs for your advertised vacancy counts toward your campaign total.
How is the maximum cost calculated?
Your application target is multiplied by £1.75. For example, a target of 20 applications gives a maximum campaign cost of £35.
Can I still buy a fixed-price job advert?
Yes. You can choose a £35 single job advert or a £60 two-advert package instead of Pay Per Application.
Can I pause or close my campaign?
Yes. Pay Per Application campaigns are designed to be managed from your employer account, so you stay in control of active vacancies and spend.
