An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Research Analyst to join our thriving UK Medical Device Manufacturing Company to work within our Technical Department.

We are looking to recruit a Research Analyst who will be responsible for assisting the Technical Manager by overseeing the Airways Test Team of Laboratory Technicians and ensuring test projects are completed according to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and instructions and all relevant aspects of the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) General Safety and Performance Requirements (GSPR).

The successful candidate will be able to complete testing to support products within Intersurgical’s Airways and HMEF product ranges, with a primary focus on product development but also supporting throughout the product lifecycle.

Essential Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience working within a laboratory environment
• Knowledge of metrology concepts and developing new test methods
• A sciences degree (such as Physics, Biology, Chemistry or a related subject) or equivalent level qualification

Desirable Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience working within product development
• Experience working in the medical device industry
• Experience with Industrial Metrology, Gauge R&R and/or Test Method Validation

Hours of Work

• 40 hours per week (flexibility available for start and finish times)
• Monday to Friday
