Job Description
Title: Fire Alarm Engineer (Maintenance and small works)
Location of Works: Local with some staying away. Very well organised and sufficient notice will be provided.
The Company: NSI Accredited Gold Standard Fire and Security Company, due to expansion are on the lookout for additional Fire Alarm Engineers.
Package:
£34,000 basic
OTE £40,000
Door to Door Travel Payments
Working hours 8.30am – 5PM
21 days holiday plus bank holidays
Company van and can opt in for personal use.
Overtime available – Time and half and double time on Sundays
Call out rota – Currently 1 week in 4, moving to 1 week in 5. (£200 standby and paid at overtime rates for any call outs)

Skill based grading structure, so if training is completed, salaries will increase in line with this. Very training based driven for FIA qualifications and manufacturer training.
Main Responsibilities:
Servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm Systems (Addressable and conventional)
Installing of Fire Alarm Systems
Work to high British standards
Be a part of a call out rota.
Knowledge and experience:
2 years plus experience Servicing, maintaining, and installing Fire Alarm Systems
Product knowledge being desirable: Advanced and Kentec
Work for similar NSI Accredited Fire Alarm Companies
Hold UK Driving licence
Be able to pass security screening and enhanced DBS
