Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding of our educational support services and offerings.
- Engage with potential students and their families to promote our services, emphasizing how they can benefit from our educational support.
- Connect students with suitable teachers, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
- Utilise good English language to communicate with and serve our student clientele.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and student interactions.
- Collaborate with the educational team to enhance service offerings and student experiences.
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and verbal English (Mandarin is not a must but preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for education.
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office or equivalent.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience in teaching is desired.
