Job Description
Workvine is looking to grow our headcount during 2024 and the first addition is for a Telesales Executive. If working for a small business where you would play a key role in our success and where you would be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure then we would love to speak to you.
Workvine is primarily a software business providing an intelligent Talent Acquisition platform to SME and Enterprise customers to allow them to post their vacancies online and manage their responses. We also provide a service where we act as partners to our clients, an extension of their recruitment/HR function to fully manage their vacancies. We create a branded advertising campaign, build the recruitment process and managing candidates from applied through to hire.

The main responsibilities of the Telesales Executive:
- You will be responsible for making outbound calls to business customers to generate appointments (in the form of a Discovery call)
- Using intelligent software to make direct contact with decision makers typically at Director level
- Work closely with and schedule online meetings for our Sales Director to discuss a variety of recruitment solutions
- You will become knowledgeable with ongoing training and become an expert within recruitment
Essential qualities of the Telesales Executive:
- We are open on your background; you may or may not have previous telesales experience
- You will have confidence, passion and the tenacity to be successful within a role where you often might be told ‘no thanks’
Benefits:
25 days holiday plus bank holidays plus a day off for your birthday.
Up to £25k starting salary with an uncapped commission structure. OTE Year 1 £35K
