Due to the growth of the company our client are recruiting for a Billing Specialist to work within the Billing Department.

Job Description

Validating and sending invoices

Creating billing report for clients

Responding to customer billing queries

Monitoring billing reports

Forecast costings

Essential

Two years energy experience preferably within a Customer Service environment

Proven working experience in Excel

Desirable

Billing experience within an energy supplier

Metering experience

Knowledge of xero
