IT Technician

   Basic salary up to £28,000 per annum

We are working alongside one of Europe’s leading suppliers of IT solutions leading, recruiting a Junior IT Technician to join their well established and highly skilled business support team. In this role you will be at the heart of our clients business, responsible for the daily resolution of end-user support requests and setup, repair, and troubleshooting of end-user computing systems. You will regularly be required to research and troubleshoot software and hardware issues including network connectivity whilst providing support to all employees.

What you’ll be doing

•    Directly resolve end-user hardware and software issues.
•    Setup and configure new systems.
•    Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues.
•    Install software, keeping operating systems, software, and drivers updated.
•    Offer suggestions to reduce recurring issues or improving end users computing experience.
•    Researching and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
•    Maintaining company asset list.

What you’ll need to apply

•    Driving Licence and access to your own car.
•    1-2 years’ experience within a similar role.
