£50,000 + 5% annual bonus + benefits

We have an exciting new opportunity for 2 PMO Supports to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions, and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients’ organisations, in return we will provide you with opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

You’ll work on large scale projects supporting our Transversal Project Delivery teams. In this role, you will be part of an embedded PMO team (5 people) in a large cloud transition programme, responsible for governance support, ensuring all required documentation and approaches are adhered to, and audit support.

Reason for Request

Expanding project team requires enhanced PMO support. Knowledge of Service Now would be an advantage or other automation solutions.

Required Skills

Governance and audit lead – track and assure deliverables plan – workstream level RAID management oversight – assurance health-checks – audit support – Excellent knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, reporting and developing MI – Strong analytical and data presentation skills – Service Now- Inquisitive and challenging to ensure robustness of output – Excellent communication skills both written and verbal –

Key Responsibilities

Support the PMO Manager in ensuring the Programme is delivered in line with agreed AXA UK&I project governance frameworks.
