Job Description
Our client, an accountancy firm in Central London would like to recruit an Office Admin Assistant.
They are looking for someone well-organised and proactive who is keen to learn new skills.
The firm are open to considering applicants with office experience, as well as those who are looking for their first office job.
Responsibilities will include:
– Covering reception & greeting visitors
– Dealing with post
– Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
– Diary management
– Answering the phone and taking messages / transferring calls
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where you will be able to develop your administration skills and contribute to the success of the team.
To be considered for this position, you must:
– Have a good academic record with a grade B/6 or above for English at GCSE
– Be able to commute to London 5 days a week
– Communicate well and have good basic IT skills
– Be available to start a new position in February
