Need something exciting, thatโ€™s going to keep you on your toes? Here at XPO, weโ€™re looking for a Finance Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis for our contract based in Burton Latimer. (Hybrid 2-3 days on site depending on business needs) As a Finance Assistant youโ€™ll be supporting in delivering day to day finance and operational admin tasks.

Weโ€™re looking toย pay up to ยฃ32,500 per annum.ย In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youโ€™ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other benefits.

What youโ€™ll do on a typical day:

  • Produce weekly financial and operational management reporting as required for the site, business and customer
  • Month end support & balance sheets reconciliations
  • Customer data entry & analysis
  • Support with finance projects as required
  • Ad hoc administrative support across the contract
  • Manage the PO & ordering processes

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Experience in a similar, fast-paced administrative role, ideally in a similar environment
  • Costs accounting/ production environment will be an advantage
  • Open book experience will be an advantage
  • You must be computer literate in MS Office ( Excel and Power Point)
  • Working towards or an interest in AAT qualification is preferred, but not essential
