What does this Support Worker job involve?

Hours of Work: Up to Full Time Hours – Shifts: Between 06:00 – 22:00 (Flexible Provider) + Some Weekend Work

  • Providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Administering oral and topical medication under the supervision of medical personnel
  • Handling household tasks like grocery shopping, laundry, cleaning, and housekeeping chores
  • Preparing and serving meals at the appropriate time
  • Providing mental and emotional support

These above are just some daily duties but are subject to change dependant on each customer’s needs.

Am I the right person for this Support Worker job?

We are seeking applicants that are:

  • Compassionate, understanding, patient and tolerant
  • Effective in maintaining working relationships
  • Effective in communicating both verbally and in writing
  • Calm and able to work under pressure

You will also require the right to work in the UK such as British/EU passport or residence card.
