JSS Finance are delighted to be working with a successful international business based near Windsor; Berks, on a newly created Commercial Finance Manager role. This exciting new Finance Manager role will be responsible for month end management accounting, P&L analysis, management reporting and business partnering across the UK and wider international business. The role offers excellent hybrid working; 2 days in the office and good flexibility.
The Role:
This newly created Commercial Finance Manager role will benefit from a lot of variety and will be responsible for:
-Managing month end; including actuals vs budget
-P&L analysis; identifying trends and key drivers
-Business partnering with supply chain, heads of departments and European finance team
-Ensuring robust controls are maintained
-Supporting decision making by providing insightful analysis and management reporting
-Challenging and supporting heads departments and the senior management team
-Use of Power BI for analysis and management reporting
-Assisting with change management, improving processes, procedures and controls
Profile:
We are looking for an experienced qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Commercial Finance Manager with several years management and financial accounting experience.
-A qualified accountant, at least 3-4 yrs post qualified
-Experience of managing month end, P&L analysis and actuals vs budget
-Business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders
-Experience improving processes and controls
-Ability to challenge the business and influencing change
-Power BI experience is a real advantage
On Offer:
A highly competitive salary of circa £65,000-70,000 plus bonus and benefits with hybrid working in the office 2 days per week & flexible hours, based near Windsor, Berks.
