Our client, a successful planning and development business are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join their Reading branch.
The ideal person will have a can-do attitude, happily communicate with people at all levels and have the ability to take complete ownership of tasks.

This is a multi-faceted role comprising various duties, including:
- Office management and maintenance including liaising with clients and other offices contributing to ISO quality control practices/audits
- PA to the Senior Director; general secretarial tasks, including diary management and high-quality document production/collation, including assistance with the administrative side of planning application submissions, the co-ordination of planning appeal documentation and tender submissions and HR tasks, including inductions and training.
- There will also be marketing duties where you will work on promoting the company and office, via internal and external events, and prepare marketing collateral and documents.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience with managing a wide range of administrative, secretarial and office management tasks. In addition, you will have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and multi-task. You will have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (mainly Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint) and preferably Adobe. Previous experience of managing marketing and social events, both internally and externally, will be an advantage.
