Payroll Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a growing organisation based in Chertsey.
Due to the location, and no public transport to the office, the successful candidate will need to be a driver.
The Payroll Administrator responsibilities include:
- Processing various aspects of payroll – Temp – Umbrella & Ltd Company Payrolls
- Input hours in line with authorised timesheets, systems and logs and ensure correct timesheets are matched to invoices
- Ensure receipt of weekly Limited Company/Umbrella invoices
- Point of contact for payroll queries
- Send out any requested pay slips by the end of the week
- Updating candidates’ information on the system
- Reconciliation and submission of payroll information
- Manage weekly new starters and leavers ensuring that all starter, leaver and variations are updated in time
- Ensure New Starter forms, required ID docs and completed contracts are correctly completed and processed effectively
- Adhere to set deadlines.
- Processing RTI/EPS/P60 & P45
- Answering all telephone calls in a professional manner
- Processing permanent placements
- Noting & relaying messages
- Assisting in various queries
- Processing expenses
- Any other duties as and when required
The Payroll Administrator must be:
- Computer literate, Microsoft office proficient
- Able to work with numbers in complex scenarios
- A team player
- Organised
- Have good time management skills
- Confident, driven and dedicated
