Job Description

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketer to join a well-established, B2B business in Coulsdon, Greater London. Working with the Marketing and Design team you will spend your time supporting further growth of an established brand within the Construction Supply Industry and drive lead generation. You will be responsible for driving and managing ongoing development projects, working with IT and web developers to execute. You will have the skills to manage the day-to-day, including any SEO, content and PPC strategies. You will have experience in using/implementing a CRM system for driving lead generation.

Key duties and responsibilities….

  • Managing and monitoring the website to maximise authority, ensure health and increase Google rankings.
  • Be responsible for the website performance KPIs which include revenue, CR, AOV, LTV touchpoints and other levers to drive growth.
  • Working with our IT and web development teams to drive projects, support innovation and deliver further functionality.
  • Create new content and landing pages to support sales & marketing campaigns.
  • Working with the marketing team to effectively manage product and category merchandising.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to drive lead generation strategies using CRM, reporting and tools to generate, qualify, and handover leads.
  • SEO, keyword optimisation and backlink generation.
  • Blog and website content creation working with the Marketing team to execute and find gaps for improvement.
  • Oversee Paid Media campaigns, including Google Ads
  • Track digital metrics with digital tools such as GA4, SEMrush, Hotjar and other reports to provide recommendations for improved performance and drive innovation.
  • Create and deliver digital marketing reports that are insightful and provide tangible next steps
  • Liaison with 3rd party digital agency to hold them accountable to Digital KPIs & Goals

Requirements

  • B2B ecommerce experience
  • Project management skills, in particular working with web developers
  • Familiar with CMS and back-end website platforms
  • Familiar with CRM platforms and lead generation activities
  • Experience in content creation for website, blog and email Marketing
  • Ability to manage SEO and website health
  • Experience maintaining Paid Media, including Google Ads
  • Commercially aware and be able to work towards set targets, focussing on conversion rates and average order values, whilst at the same time considering the needs of the customer
  • Basic HTML Bootstrap skill
  • Confident, ambitious, and personable individual who naturally enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

Working hours Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm
