Our client, a leading London University, is currently recruiting for a full-time Development and Alumni Relations Officer. This is a temporary role, running for 3 months in the first instance. The post will be based on site in South Kensington.

Key responsibilities for this post will include:

  • Provide administrative and dedicated secretarial support to the Director
  • Effective diary management and itinerary planning
  • Conducting financial matters associated with the role including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, expenses, and credit card reports
  • Set-up and servicing of meetings, including organisation and minute-taking
  • Use Raiser’s Edge to update and maintain accurate records and details

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Worked in a similar post previously, ideally from a higher education setting or similar
  • Knowledge of the student management Raiser’s Edge
  • Excellent administrative, organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office suite of products and the ability to use bespoke systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of GDPR practices regarding confidentiality of personal information
