Job Title: Workshop Engineer
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Basic, Plus Overtime Available, Laptop, Company Pension Scheme, 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Flexible Working Hours, Free Canteen & Parking onsite.

We have a brand new opening for a Workshop Engineer to come onboard a highly successful and continuously growing, independent rental company based in Bedfordshire.

Within the role of Workshop Technician, you will provide technical support within the workshop, carrying out scheduled maintenance and inspections on a range of small tools, lifting equipment and mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Carry out service & maintenance on fleet of small tools, powered access, mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Carry out pre-delivery inspections on all machines
• Carry out LOLER inspections on the machinery
• Diagnose and fault find on machinery
• Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs on all machinery

Requirements of Role:

• Preferably hold a Qualification in Engineering
• Hold previous experience carrying out Service, Repair & Maintenance work on a range of Mechanical or Electrical Equipment
• Must be a team player and show willingness to learn
