Head-Quartered in Warwickshire, this is easily commutable from Coventry (22 mins from City Centre), Leamington (16 mins), Warwick (21 mins) & Rugby (30 mins).

The Role:

The Credit Manager plays an integral part in the company’s financial success and as such we are looking for an experienced Credit Manager.

As the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers, follow credit scoring models, continual review of existing customers credit limits, negotiating payment terms where necessary, and cash collection in line with the company’s credit policy.

This is a permanent position, full time and office based. An integral part of this position will be to liaise with customers in person therefore ability to travel is an absolute necessity.

In this role you will be responsible for a small team.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager; this means you are performing at this level currently and already managing a small team and can demonstrate the ability to train, develop and empower your team producing high performance yet a healthy working environment.

You should have experience of dealing with a diverse customer base, from sole traders, small/medium/large Limited and National businesses.

You must be well-versed in all aspects of credit management including litigation and have excellent communication skills.
