Our client based on Wrexham Industrial Estate are looking for an additional Retentions Advisor to join their team.
As a retentions advisor you will be liaising with customers to resolve any complaints and disputes to find suitable solutions in a timely manner.
- You will be dealing with a variety of initial queries, remaining customer focused to find the most suitable conclusion
- Having a calm, level-headed approach to problem solving with an ability to make decisions that reflect a well thought out process.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
- Be confident in your ability to make decisions and provide an appropriate resolution to customer enquiries.
- Ability to manage a very busy workload through an internal CRM system.
- Engage in contractual matters with exceptional negotiation skills for the retention of their valued customers.
The successful candidate will have a recent experience in a similar position, finding solutions, and working in a fast-paced busy environment with strong negotiation, problem solving and diplomacy skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills are a must with an ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
