£25,000-£27,000 + monthly bonus

We have a new opportunity to join our finance department as a Credit Controller. We’re looking for an organised and personable individual as you will be responsible for the collection of finances and the resolution of account queries whilst building and maintaining close links with our clients to ensure the smooth running of accounts, encouraging the timely recovery of payments.

Every day you will…
- Collect debts and customers payments, maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment to meet monthly cash and debtor targets
- Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
- Undertake account reconciliations as required, providing accounts information to internal departments when needed
- Contact customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary and provide updated statements
