Our client are growing their insurance sales teams and looking for an Insurance Sales Agent. Previous experience is always an advantage but due to the company’s passion to train it is not essential. The ideal candidate with have a good personality, be learning based and possess a positive attitude where their are ambitious and looking for a long term career. Basic salary is hugely competitive at £26,000for someone new to the industry and a higher £25,000 for those who more experience. In addition is a results driven bonus scheme where there is a realistic prospect of earning between £24,000, albeit this bonus scheme is not capped and individuals can earn more.

For this client training does not stop after the initial induction training. It is ongoing and there is a mass of support to assist you to succeed.

Our client’s offices are in Doncaster, with free parking. It is close to all amenities and easily accessible by public transport.

Job Role As an Insurance Sales Agent you will be telephone based, so a friendly telephone manner is essential. Building a rapport with customers is essential as well as the ability to deal with objections, so you need to be resilient. You will need to achieve monthly sales targets advising clients on all types of Protection, Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection etc. In addition you will need the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

The business hours of work are Monday to Friday and this role is strictly office based.
