Marketing Coordinator: Property Sector

Client Profile:

My client, a reputable business in the home building and property market, is currently recruiting for an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join their Hertfordshire based team. You will provide key support to the regional sales team, managing the effective delivery of marketing services and marketing strategy, and coordinating the marketing agencies` activity at a regional level. This is an ideal opportunity for an entry level candidate / recent marketing graduate to build up their professional career. A car owner / driver is required for this role, although it is mostly office based.

Role Description:

-Key responsibility for regional weekly advertising requirements in the property sector.
-Advising media buyers of company requirements.
-Managing the process until the appearance of an advert.
-Providing advice and support to regional sales team on copy style, proposition and positioning.
-Developing marketing strategy and marketing plans for overseas and UK launches.
-Working with external marketing agencies, providing bespoke marketing proposals.
-Liaising with central marketing services for production of all marketing material.
-Providing sites analysis, including SWOT analysis.
-Providing competitor intelligence on marketing activity per site.
-Identifying opportunities to maximise brand exposure in locality of property development.
-Driving effective use of regional sales and marketing budget.
-Maintaining site marketing expenditure records.
-Measuring campaign effectiveness and contributing to the national summary.
-Driving cost efficiency through correct use of processes and briefing procedures.
-Briefing of marketing brochure requirements to external marketing agencies for bespoke branding.
-Managing sources of material and acting as a single contact for external marketing agency.
-Managing the approval process and marketing brochure expenditure.
-Development of bespoke marketing brochure material.
-Identification of sales opportunities for regional agent offices.
-Management of marketing material produced by agents to ensure brand consistency.
-Working closely with central marketing and other regional marketing coordinators.
-Assisting in the preparation of overseas exhibitions and UK launches.
-Providing administrative support to sales promotions, site launches, presentations and exhibitions.

Person Specification:

-Relevant experience in a related marketing role or internship is a strong preference.
-You will ideally be educated to at least Bachelor`s degree level in a marketing related subject, or will have an equivalent marketing qualification.
-Full understanding of the marketing mix is essential.
-You will be a proven strategic and analytical thinker, with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
-Promotes shared values of teamwork and inspiring others.
-Demonstrating both good listening and communication skills.
-Demonstrates integrity, respect and a first-rate work ethic.
