Warehouse Team Leader – Nights

Our client based in Greenford is now looking for a Warehouse Night Shift Team Leader to manage and motivate the existing team.

Reporting in to the Supervisor or Manager the role will involve ensuring a smooth and efficient operation whilst achieving budgetary targets and service level agreements by motivating and guiding a group of employees to work together to get specific jobs done.

Basic requirements:

– Self motivated, team player is essential

– Experience of working nights

– Experience working as a supervisor/team leader

– Good written and spoken English

– Very hands on

– All candidates must be car drivers – due to location.

Hours are 40 per week.
