Operations Support and Quality Manager

Salary: £38,767 per year

We are currently supporting an elderly care provider with their search for an Operations Support and Quality Manager to join their senior management team to support a group of elderly nursing homes in the Sheffield area.

We are looking for an experienced manager from the elderly care sector. Nursing qualification would be desirable but not essential if you have relevant experience within clinical services.

You will be working closely with the home managers and their teams to support their services to maintain and improve on quality and compliance and promote a culture of best practice and excellence.

You will be reporting directly to the Operations Director and working with the senior leadership team in delivering and developing services that provide high quality compassionate care to their residents. 

Requirements: 

• Support colleagues to deliver quality objectives for each service.
• Ensure that services have good systems in place and provide quality assurance. 

• To provide feedback on quality performance. 
• Ideally an RGN or ample experience of clinical services. 

• Independent and self-motivated.
• Good understanding of the regulatory requirements. 

• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Previous experience of managing a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
