Warehouse Manager – Ecommerce and Retail Fashion

My Client is an independent retailer with over 30 stores in the UK, plus an award winning e-commerce store. Within the stores and online, there is an extensive collection of designer products and accessories which are of high quality and are on trend.

At present they are looking for an experience Warehouse Manager to join the team.
Based out of the Leeds DC and will report directly into the Buying & Merchandising director with direct management responsibility for the Assistant Warehouse Manager and 8 Warehouse Operatives.

The Role

Manage the warehouse operation in its entirety, from order, delivery, quality checks, picking, packing and distribution
To maintain high standard of product delivery and lead times
Ensuring a clean and tidy workplace is kept at all times
Management of a closely-nit team
The warehouse manager will ensure all returned items are sorted and redistributed where possible
Monthly stock take of goods within warehouse, SKU accuracy is required to within 2%
Manage variable pick locations and maintain at a high standard
Manage the in-house photography stock
Manage both e-commerce and store order operations.
Management of Couriers

The Successful Applicant

Previous warehouse management experience
The ability to maintain team morale at a high standard
Experience with courier distribution
MS Excel advanced user
Flexibly with hours of work to suit demand
Preferably to have experience within the e-commerce sector
A hands on management style
Experience within an FMCG company
