Salary: £26,000 per year

Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Nights)

Location: Staveley, Chesterfield

Salary: £26,000 per year + £10.00 shift bonus + £7.50 per 12 hour shift

Main tasks and duties

Production / Packing

• Driving an FLT (Counterbalance, Low Loader Order Picker and Reach)
• Loading and unloading HGVs
• Manual picking, packing and wrapping
• Accurate and on time picking / packing of products
• Ensure onward delivery of products are delivered on time to their relevant destination
• Report daily shortages and play an integral part in improvement initiatives
• Good team working skills
• Use own initiative
• Excellent communication skills

Training

• in all aspects of the Warehouse department will be given 

Health & Safety

• Responsible for all aspects of safety within the department as per the Health and Safety Manual, Training Manuals and Risk Assessments;
• Ensure that Personal Protective Equipment issued is correctly worn, when necessary;
• Ensure that all safety equipment supplied by the Company is maintained in an operational state.

Reporting

Report any daily shortages or delivery issues to Team Leader
