Salary: £48,000 – £56,400 per year

You will be joining a great team who work with clients both nationally and internationally who will welcome your support with their busy workload.

You will have at least one year’s experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner and want to be part of a culture that will develop you and enhance your skills.

You will be able to work independently to run a full caseload – 60 – 100 cases with the help of an Assistant and be supporting a solicitor. You will be able to establish priorities and manage deadlines. You will be a great communicator being able to build relationships with clients and third parties with efficiency and great customer service.

The Job

Manage a substantial caseload of residential and commercial transactions

Check contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results

Replying to legal enquiries

Resolving queries

Exchange and completions
