Marketing Co-ordinator – West London – £14.4 – £15.6 p/h Ltd

We currently have an excellent temp to perm opportunity for a Marketing Co-ordinator in West London.

We are looking for a bright, ambitious and experienced candidate that will be given chance to secure themselves a position with a leading housing provider in their business development and marketing department.

You will be part of a successful and friendly team that offers an excellent working environment.

The right candidate will have experience as a marketing co-ordinator within the property market.

You would need experience in maintaining property websites. Ensure that all property listings are accurate and up-to-date.

Being the first point of contact in the marketing team when dealing with inquiries via phone, email, agents and website.

You will be working with the Marketing Executives, maintain and update marketing databases as and when required as well as the annual data cleanse.

You will also be assisting with shows, events, property launches, invitee lists, catering etc. as required.

This will also include attending property launches and home shows, the majority of which are likely to be during weekends.
