Marketing Officer – Housing

MARKETING OFFICER- LONDON

I am currently looking to recruit for a Marketing Officer for a Local Authority based in London. This is a temporary role for around 3 months paying up to £184.8 per day.

In this post you will be responsible for developing, managing and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities. You will be working with senior managers on marketing campaigns to raise the profile and enhance the reputation of the authority. You will develop costed marketing plans and strategies for campaigns. You will hold responsibility for the marketing budgets and make recommendations on spend up to £100k. Managing multi-disciplinary project teams working on campaigns and also managing the team. You will monitor the KPI’s to determine the effectiveness of the campaigns and will be producing progress reports.

Competencies:

At least 2 recent years experience working for a Local Authority or Housing Association
Strong background in marketing
Able to produce project briefs
Demonstrate experience of project management
