This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Insurance New Business Executive to join a specialist commercial insurance scheme provider in Lutterworth.

This is an amazing opportunity for an outbound telesales insurance professional who has experience selling insurance services and products (employers liability/public liability) to commercial businesses. You will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for generating new clients ideally within the construction industry.

You will be responsible for:
– Making outbound calls to potential clients and selling insurance products/services
– Leads will be provided, however you will be tasked to fact find and identify client requirements in order to put a quotation together
– Maintain accurate records of the clients awareness of risk and insurance as well as their circumstances and objectives
– Respond to clients, brokers and underwriters via phone, email, letter, fax
– Determine which insurers will provide the most competitive rates for the covers required
– Obtain quotations, using delegated authority arrangements or by referring to insurers. Communicate quotations and providing appropriate price to meet applicants needs
– Once quote is accepted verbally you will issue written confirmation, enclosing proposal for completion and Terms of Business document

To be considered for this role you must have experience selling insurance, i.e. employers liability, public liability, products liability, materials damage, business interruption etc. to high risk clients. You will be target driven, money motivated and have the tenacity to make proactive outbound sales calls.
