Business Process Analyst / Finance Process Analyst – ERP Change Programme

Business Process Analyst/Finance Process Analyst with good knowledge of back office accounting processes and experience of working closely with finance teams is required to document and model processes / system functionality for an ERP System Change Programme driven by a large multi-national.

Initially the successful Business Process Analyst/Finance Process Analyst will be required to attend a variety of workshops and analysis sessions with differing stakeholders, finance clerks and super users discussing business processes and the existing ERP functionality around general ledger, credit control, fixed assets and many more areas etc. Then getting involved in working with the 3rd Party Vendor on development,testing, training and benefits realisation. After the completion of this phase, Analysts will then be moving into other business domains such as eComm, supply-chain,warehousing,branch depots and many more.

Business Process Analyst/Finance Process Analysts will be required to write requirements, assist in the Gap Analysis, produce numerous swimlane diagrams/data flow diagrams/process models and document the as-is’/to-be’ to highlight new ERP functional requirements and business process change.

Business Process Analyst/Finance Process Analysts applying MUST have some proven commercial experience in performing the above tasks to qualify. Additionally Business Process Analyst/Finance Process Analysts will be expected to get involved in both testing and training processes.
