HGV Class 1 C&e Drivers Required – New Contract

Transline Group has recently won a new major contract in Norwich. As a result we are looking to recruit 15 Class 1 C&E drivers to start immediately. The work is full time with exceptional pay rates, giving you job security and fantastic earning potential!

Client Description

Our client is one of the biggest names in the UK, and has a trunking network that spans the entire country. They are one of the most reputable companies to work for in the modern day, requiring only the most dedicated and skilled drivers in the country to join their world class operation!

Key Duties

1. Provide a professional, safe, and economical driving service to the client
2. Trunking trailers full of mail from depot to depot around the UK
3. Demonstrate excellent adherence to Working Time Directive rules and Tacho Law
4. Apply good manners and enthusiasm to your job and your customers

Skills Required

1. You must have held your class 1 licence for a minimum of 1 year
2. You will be able to demonstrate excellent safe and fuel efficient driving
3. You should have experience of working with digital tachograph machines
4. You must have a good level of English and be able to communicate in English problem free
5. We ask that you demonstrate good flexibility and commitment to your job

Benefits to the Role

This customer offers fantastic rates of pay, after 12 weeks on the contract you will earn up to £14.4 – £21.42 ph O/T! Sundays are paid at £17ph!

We also offer Full Uniform, and DCPC training should you require it.

1. We have a full range of shifts through a 24 hour period.
2. You will also have your own dedicated consultant on site to take care of any problems you may have.
3. The site is based in Norwich and offers free parking to all employees.
