Warehouse Operative

Our client offers a broad range of products and services to help businesses run more efficiently. This growing organisation now require 3 Warehouse Operatives to join their existing team in Birtley on a permanent basis.

Hours of work are rotated Monday to Friday from 6am – 330pm / 8am – 430pm / 9am – 530pm

Job Description

This active, physical role will include but is not limited to the following duties:

Fork lift usage (training provided)
Picking / packing / boxing
Updating in house computer systems accurately
Supporting the Warehouse Manager as required

Person Specification

Experience within a Warehouse environment
Good understanding of technology (outlook / printing etc)
Common sense approach
Works safely & a team worker
Accurate on picks – quality focussed
Asks open questions
