Introduction
We are working with RPOne powered by the Morson Group to support their client Rolls Royce SMR (small modular reactor) in the recruitment of a Process Development Engineer. This role will be key in delivering the installation assemblies modular design development process. With the view to optimise the design flow process.

Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Lead you will be responsible for:

· The development of the design process flow, focusing on improving design outputs, standardisation of installations assembly design.

· Identify and develop processes for the full design lifecycle.

· Investigate and analyse current process and provide constructive feedback

· Present to stakeholders and training engineers

· To be the point of contact for the process

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

· Degree level or equivalent in STEAM

· 2-5 years engineering experience

· Management & Verification experience

· Excellent communication, both verbal and written

Salary & Package

What’s on offer for this exciting role:

· £60,000 – £78,000

· Monday- Friday 37.5 hrs
