Our Client is an innovative leader in the field of leadership and development training. Their growing portfolio of solutions provides training courses, training software, seminars and consultancy on an international level to help businesses educate their staff both quickly and efficiently. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening in their London office for a Key Account Manager.

As a Key Account Manager you will work independently to achieve target through closing deals and developing strong client relationships within new accounts and a predefined list of existing accounts, which all fall in the medium to corporate size range. You will develop and implement sales strategies, generate sufficient interest in available training solutions and conduct client meetings as required. Applications are invited from degree educated candidates with a minimum of 18-24 months previous consultative sales experience. You will be dynamic in your approach, ambitious, self motivated and an excellent communicator with a proven record of achievement. Your presentation and closing skills will be first class and you will also demonstrate high levels of drive, determination and accountability. You will be driven by progression, eager to learn and an open, friendly, approachable and bubbly personality.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 22-25k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE exceeding 33k plus further benefits, ongoing training and genuine opportunities for career progression.
