Salary: £84 per hour
Senior Design Manager – Greenwich
We have a role for a Senior Design Manager to join the main contractor which has been created to deliver one of London’s largest build to rent developer’s five-year construction programme.
This is a great opportunity to benefit from the best of both worlds; a clean sheet with a new business, which is extremely well capitalised, headed by leading construction professionals that already has four projects worth between £70m and £180m to look forward to.
Project-based in Greenwich, London SE8 the successful candidate will report to the company’s Technical Director and take ownership of the £70m, 250-unit scheme’s design management, coordinating and validating the production of Architects and Structural Engineers.
Prospects are excellent and the environment would best suit a Senior Design Manager from either a main contractor or a developer who feels their entrepreneurial spirit would be suited to a small but ambitious and expanding team.
The role is available immediately and attracts a particularly attractive salary of £84 + Car (or allowance) + Healthcare + Pension + Package
