Salary: £27,600 per year
Stock Controller, Knottingley, Salary up to C £27,600Monday – Thursday 8.30 – 5 and Friday 8.30 – 4.30.
Our client is a hugely successful company who, due to continued increased demands they are looking to appoint a Stock Controller to manage inventory within their busy operation.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager the Stock Controller will be responsible for;
* Managing the day to day stock control administration to bring stock accuracy
* Working with the Warehouse Supervisor to co-ordinate daily stock ensuring 100% stock accuracy on all component items and finished goods
* Investigating all stock discrepancies to identify root cause & implementing corrective action
* Supporting the Logistics Manager in the elimination of aged stock
* Creating and submitting reports to analyse stock data and performance results on stock accuracy and stock adjustments
* Supporting the barcode implementation plan as Logistics point of contact for any queries
You
* You may already be working as a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller, or as a Supply Chain Assistant or Supply Chain Coordinator or you might be working managing stock and inventory as part of your warehouse operations role
* Good IT skills including excel
* Good attention to detail
* Used to working in a busy environment
