Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer required – London – up to £43k plus van and excellent benefits.
Our client, is a complete HVAC maintenance services provider who specialises in Commercial Buildings in London and the South East. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a number of commercial Buildings in London and inside the M25.
As the Building Services Engineer you will have at least 5 years experience undertaking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs), service, break downs and fault finding on a range of equipment in Commercial environments such as office blocks, plant rooms, schools, public buildings etc.
Strong fault finding experience is essential in this role and you will be expected to carry out repairs and remedial works on a range of equipment some older and some more modern systems.
As the Building Services Maintenance Engineer there will be a requirement to work on Mechanical and Electrical plant such as Air Handling units, Fan Coils, pumps, lighting systems, boilers, Chillers, air conditioning, plumbing general HVAC equipment. Additional Electrical qualifications / experience beneficial.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years Industry Experience in a Building Services / Electrical / HVAC Maintenance field
- Must live within London / M25 (ideally South / West London / Surrey border) and be happy to travel around London including central from time to time.
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 1+2 – Electrical qualifications plus 18th Edition ideal or mechanical equivalent
- UK Driving licence essential
- Strong fault finding skills with a 1st fix approach
- Worked in a similar role previously
