Description
As Customer Service / Sales Advisor, you will report to the Head of Sales and will be responsible primarily for servicing existing customer accounts, ensuring that a first-class customer experience is being provided.
Responsibilities will include managing and resolving incoming queries via phone and email, providing first line technical support for customers across various products, providing sales quotations and up selling when possible, assisting in the processing of sales orders, and more.
