AThis is the most senior technical role in the company and one that will develop into a Board position. Great scope for your ideas and solid share options to reward you long-term.

You’d be joining the business in its early stages, but don’t worry. It’s led by well-known food industry figures, who are strongly backed by a large international group.

It’s the ideal move if you want to run your own technical department and put your ideas into action as the most senior technical specialist in the company.

With share options in the package, you’ll get a good return on your success, and it’s fully intended for this to become a Board position within the next year to eighteen months.

The customer base is large Food & Drink producers worldwide, which the company services from its base in Northern England.

Relocation assistance (to an attractive part of the world) is on the table if you need to move for the job. You’d be office-based but making site visits from time to time.

What will you need?

You’ll likely be a senior design engineer or manager, who’s developing / driving engineered process cooling solutions from design concept through to completion.

A strong technical grasp of the food manufacturing / processing environment is basically essential, together with the ability to provide innovative refrigeration solutions.

You’ll certainly enjoy working with customers, and clearly, we’re looking for someone who can both lead others and bring commercial awareness to the role.
