My Client
My Client is one of the largest House Builders in the UK and have over 20 Regional Office across the England, Scotland and Wales. They Build a wide range of properties, from 1 2 bedroom Apartments to 5 bedroom detached houses.
Requirement
My Client is currently in the need for an Assistant Site Manager to be based on Site in there Kent Region. This will be a permanent position and you will be required to travel to different sites around the Kent area.
Ideal Candidate
The perfect candidate will have experience working for a regional/ National house builder as an Assistant or Site Manager. You will also have to have experience in Managing a site of over 150 units with traditional and timber frame experience.
The ideal candidate will reside in the East Sussex, Kent Area.
Salary/ Package
This role has a negotiable salary and package range of 30 – 35k per annum + Package dependant on experience and qualifications.
