About the Job: 

We are currently looking for Teaching Assistants to join a school near Heathfield. We currently have opportunities for part-time and full-time roles. As a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Establishing supportive relationships with children
• Motivating and engaging children to learn 
• Promoting independence 
• Supporting children and young people in developing their social skills

Following behaviour management strategies consistently and effectively

Requirements for a Teaching Assistant: 

• Teaching Assistant experience (desirable but not essential)
• Confident supporting children with their learning
• DBS on the Update Service or happy to apply for one
• Satisfactory references
• Right to Work in the UK
