Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
The Company
Our client is a successful two Partner chartered accountancy firm based in Northampton. They service a range of clients from various industries including media, logistics, technology and automotive. Offering accounts preparation, company structure and tax advice. They are currently recruiting a Semi Senior Accountant due to a growth in business.
The Role
Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships
Prepare Management accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis
Prepare vat returns and submit to HMRC
Oversee junior members of staff
Prepare personal and corporation tax
Visiting clients
The Candidate
At least four years’ experience working in practice
Qualified, part qualified or time served satisfactory
Able to prepare financial and management accounts
Able to prepare and submit vat returns
Good attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Knowledge of using Sage, IRIS and Quickbooks
Benefits
Salary £30,000 – £42,000(Negotiable). Starting salary according to level of experience
