Receptionist (Autotrade)

Our client is a leading prestige automotive dealership based on Pride Park in Derby. They are committed to supporting all their customers’ needs, from vehicle purchase through to servicing. They have a dedicated team of specially trained staff to assist customers in this process and are now seeking additional staff to join the team looking after the reception and hospitality area.

You will be working within a busy vehicle dealership looking after both existing and new customers. You will be greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner ensuring their needs are identified and met promptly as well as answering the telephone, transferring calls and taking messages. This is a busy environment therefore excellent organisational skills are a pre-requisite to providing customers with a unique service which is second to none. Candidates need to be well put together and have a smart appearance as you are front of house.

The position is on a temporary basis and the hours of work are 8am to 6pm Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sunday paid at £26,000 per year.
