We are seeking a creative Senior Marketing Account Manager who will help our clients to grow their market reach, increase their customer loyalty and deliver greater profitability.

We work primarily in the Hospitality industry; with Hotels, Holiday Parks, Restaurants and other businesses who focus in the sector. Our clients look for innovative marketing solutions to help them stand out in a crowded marketplace; if you can demonstrate both your creativity and solid account management experience then this could be the role for you.

The Senior Marketing Account Manager role:

You will be leading or contributing to the development, implementation, management and measurement of marketing strategies and plans.

You will be working closely with our clients and the team of experts here to create the brightest marketing solution for their businesses.

Your skills will include creative and innovative thinking, understanding of on and off line solutions and their implementation, project management, project evaluation and client relationship management

About You.

> You will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality or business or equivalent
> You will have Three to five years of experience in a similar role.
> Your work will have contributed to the increase in revenues, helped build brand awareness and built customer loyalty.
> It is important that you are completely comfortable working in a team environment where we recognise that team endeavour, knowledge sharing, mutual respect and professionalism deliver the best results.
> Knowledge of the Hospitality Sector would be an advantage in this role, however we would be keen to talk to outstanding candidates with marketing account management experience.

Person Specification:

> Degree (2.2 or above ) Marketing, Hospitality or Business or equivalent or solid experience + CPD, CIM, MCIM or working towards MCIM or equivalent.
> Planning and implementing marketing campaigns
> Client Relationship Management
> Team Working
> Managing and Prioritising Workload
> Experience of the Hospitality Sector desirable but not essential.
> Experience of a similar agency role desirable but not essential.
> Strong written and verbal communication skills.
> Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail.
> Strong Customer Service Orientation.
> Deadline orientated
> Self motivated
> Resilient, confident and tactful
> Flexible, enthusiastic and cheerful
> Full Driving Licence or willingness to travel

Skills:

> Fully conversant with Microsoft office suite. Advanced Excel user (Pivot tables, Charts and Analysis)
> Experience of Social Channels and their management
> Comfortable when participating and chairing client meetings
> Ability to interpret trends and make marketing recommendations on that basis
> Familiar with PESTLE/SWOT, environmental macro/micro evaluation and strategic analysis
> Comfortable reporting outcome of marketing campaigns and suggesting changes based on their success
> Proactive analysis of Customer needs to develop bespoke reporting.
> Leading and Managing a number of client accounts
> Business Development – Upselling new services
> Development of new client proposals and winning new business
> Applying Brand guidelines and holding Brand Guardianship

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Account Manager, Digital Marketing Account Executive, Marketer, Brand Manager.
