Catering Field Service Engineer

Salary: £43,200 – £50,400 per year

Field Service Engineer covering London and surrounding areas. 

Front line support for customers to attending multiple sites each day to diagnose, and repair and catering service equipment across all company product lines. Predominantly working on own with regular contact with office-based team and regional technical / supervisory support.

Duties:

• Providing service and customer support during field visits
• Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Correct administration of company, client and third party procedures and protocols
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with current company Health & Safety requirements, including reporting any accidents or incidents in the field.

Qualifications:

• CCCN1, Com Cats 1, 3 & 5
• Full clean UK drivers license
